March 2008

Hey Fellas,

Update on a couple of things.  I’ve told most of the groomsmen, but we’re asking you to do double duty with the as ushers.  Make sure to give Tom wheelchair duty for the elderly attendees, per his experience at my family reunions/funerals/weddings :)

Here’s the info on the tuxedos.  You all need to get fitted between now and March 28th.

* If you live in Omaha, Bellevue or Council Bluffs you can get fitted for your tuxes at Men’s Wearhouse at Oakview Mall (next to Panera Bread).

* Lee, you can go to the one in Lincoln at 5141 O St, across from Barnes and Nobel’s

* Kregg, I need to speak with you about where to get fitted and pick up the tux.

Thirdly, we need you to be at the church at 11:45am the day of the wedding.  Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Scott

Parents & wedding party,

Scott and I have been working through the minute-by-minute for the big day and have a request for you…

Scott and I will come back into the sanctuary, after being pronounced Mr. & Mrs. Bentley (wow, it’s getting real) and will dismiss people by row.

We’d like you, after you leave the sanctuary, to find a space between the foyer outside the sanctuary and the gym (aka reception hall) to 1) greet people, making them feel at home, 2) know where to go outside if they want to partake in flying kites as they wait for us to take pictures and 3) to show them where to go if they want to go right to the reception.
